Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely happy with your product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it.

Eligible Products: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom items, digital downloads, and any perishable items are non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact us at returns@prestonspromise.org with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at returns@prestonspromise.org
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at returns@prestonspromise.org
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
